    I could easily see a final battle between Bonhoeffer and Magdelene, and not just because of Archbishop Williams’ stated and demonstrated preferences. It would be quite a contest. Not sure if my nerves can handle it.

    The SEC surely knows that Magdalene College is NOT pronounced in a manner after that wonderful saintly woman, Mary MAGdalene, ( who should win), but pronounced MAWdlin. Or, Maudlin. Something like that. Why do the English pronounce this college name this way? Because they can.
