As Lent Madness reaches its peak excitement with the onset of the Faithful Four, Tim and Scott are back with another episode of Monday Madness. They give an overview of the Faithful Four and the coming Championship smackdown, but also assure you that the 2021 Golden Halo will be awarded in time for you to properly observe the latter part of Holy Week. Because Godliness comes before silliness. Or cleanliness. Or something.

Even the Supreme Executive Committee, not known for their tiny egos or excessive humility, must admit that Lent Madness could not happen without legions of bloggers, writers, editors, researchers, marketers, bracket-keepers, videographers, poets, and more. Lent has flown by this year I didn’t have time to miss the fries I I gave up, probably due to weekdaily Lenten Madness. (which I think the NCAA should incorporate)
Is Monday Madness a year round thing?
Once again, members of the SEC, you have brought us a remarkable gaggle–I mean group–of amazing people who, each in his or her own way, has shown the light of Christ and carried the love of God to others. And yet, according to the grand old hymn, these saints of God “are just folk like me, and I mean to be one, too.” (Is there a patron saint of humor?)

I am shocked! Shocked! This is NOT the stuffy old Forward Movement! Alleluia! My grandfather was editor of Forth The Spirit of Missions which I understand became The Episcopalian. That long defunct magazine had the excellent Episco-cats cartoons but little other humor so I am delighted to see Anglican irreverence, humor and joy here. Thank you so much!
